This is a craft that can be done with artistic intention (not just by accident when washing a sweater), while also serving as a great addition to your mindfulness practice. You’ill get to choose a stencil shape to use as a template, and you’ll practice a variety of techniques to create a unique item. With just a bit of practice, you’ll be able to use your skills to make all kinds of things! All materials except a felting mat will be provided by the instructor.
